Exelon in Illinois seeks a skilled supervisor to direct craft teams responsible for electric distribution maintenance, safety and reliability. You will oversee planning, scheduling and performance to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

Formación

• 4–7 years internal utility company experience or equivalent external experience.
• 2–3 years internal supervisory experience or acceptable supervisory assessment.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills in a high-performance culture.
• This position requires 24-hour on-call responsibility and varied work schedules.
• Minimum 2-year commitment in position required

Responsabilidades

• Directs craft employees in scheduled and emergent work to achieve safety, reliability and performance goals.
• Promotes a high-performance culture and provides coaching, training and performance evaluations.
• Facilitates open communication and builds relationships across departments and with employees.
• Manages Union/management relationships and supports the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Plans budgets, resource coverage and coordinates emergency response to restore service.
• Directs manpower and equipment planning for maintenance and operations within the region
