Job summary

Divcon Controls in Irving, Texas seeks a Director of Field Operations to lead our field teams and ensure flawless execution of data center projects nationwide. You will develop standards, training, and execution strategies that drive safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The role partners with Operations and Engineering to scale capabilities, improve productivity, and deliver world-class installation performance across field teams while building leadership and talent pipelines for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading field operations and large-scale project delivery.
• Ability to standardize commissioning practices and improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor technical processes, field standards, and training programs.
• Provide technical direction for field projects and commissioning practices.
• Scale operations and improve productivity across multi-site projects.
• Lead operational reviews and manage staffing and vendor coordination.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality installation performance.
