Job summary

Divcon, headquartered in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Field DDC Engineer to lead deployment, commissioning, and optimization of Delta Controls DDC systems for data centers. You will be the primary technical resource, hands-on with GCL+ programming, enteliWEB deployment, and system integration.

This role mentors Field DDC Engineers, supports continuous improvement, and partners with project teams to ensure successful execution. Travel 50–60% is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on DDC programming with Delta Controls
• Expert knowledge of GCL+ programming and enteliWEB
• Experience commissioning BAS/BMS/EPMS in field
• Strong BACnet/IP, BACnet MS/TP, Modbus TCP knowledge
• Troubleshooting across DDC, networking, and integrations
• Ability to lead complex technical projects without supervision
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to travel 50–60%

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment and commissioning of Delta Controls DDC systems for data center BMS/EPMS
• Program advanced GCL+ logic including HVAC sequences and alarms
• Configure enteliWEB environments, graphics, dashboards, and user roles
• Develop controller databases, I/O structures, and network configs
• Lead integration with PLCs, Ignition SCADA, Kepware, OPC UA, BACnet/IP/MS/TP, Modbus
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of communications, data integrity, and performance
• Validate complete DDC functionality through commissioning and customer acceptance
• Mentor Field DDC Engineers and coordinate with project teams
