Job summary

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is seeking multiple Construction Managers to lead data center construction across Texas. Roles include field leadership, safety leadership, and coordination of electrical, mechanical, and utility scopes in large-scale facilities.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of experience in heavy industry construction, knowledge of lean construction, and strong commissioning familiarity. Local candidates preferred with potential relocation/travel per-diem options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent field experience considered.
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing large scale projects including data centers.
• Experience overseeing electrical, mechanical, utilities, fire protection, water/wastewater scopes.
• Knowledge of lean construction methodologies and commissioning workflows.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal on-site field leader representing Owner’s interests.
• Conduct daily site walks to identify safety, coordination, or schedule risks.
• Provide field oversight for electrical, mechanical, and utility scopes.
• Coordinate and facilitate progress meetings with contractors, vendors, and teams.
• Monitor schedule progress against critical path and maintain productivity metrics.
• Support turnover, testing, and commissioning; ensure documentation.
