Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in building automation or mechanical construction.
• Experience delivering mission-critical data center projects (Tier III/IV).
• Proven ability to manage complex project portfolios exceeding $20M annually.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle delivery of multiple concurrent BAS/EPMS/controls projects.
• Lead major project meetings, including kickoff sessions and executive-level reporting.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with Divcon standards.
