Job summary

Data Center TALNT seeks a Director of Field Operations to lead our field teams in delivering new data center construction projects safely, profitably, and with customer focus. You will develop technical objectives, field standards, and execution strategies to scale operations and maintain world-class installation performance.

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading field operations and developing training programs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor technical processes, training, and field standards that improve efficiency, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical direction and implementation oversight for systems, projects, programs, and field execution practices.
• Lead operating reviews, performance management, and resource planning across major projects or multi-site field operations.
