Job Purpose:The purpose of this role is to support Field Operations through the administration of incentive compensation programs, performance reporting, CRM and customer master data management, and territory alignment activities. This position helps ensure accurate data, effective field operations, and operational readiness by coordinating with field teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Job Responsibilities:

Incentive Compensation and Performance Reporting

  • Support the administration of incentive compensation programs for field teams, including preparing goals-universe files, tracking field submissions, and performing data validation.
  • Maintain recurring sales, activity, and performance reports for field teams and Commercial leadership.
  • Perform quality-control checks to help ensure the accuracy and consistency of sales data and reporting.

CRM and Commercial Data Operations

  • Provide day-to-day operational support for Veeva CRM and Veeva Network, coordinating the resolution of routine inquiries and system issues with field users, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.
  • Support the maintenance of customer master data, including HCP and HCO records, affiliations, hierarchies, account classifications, and other commercial reference data.
  • Support CRM enhancements and migrations, including user acceptance testing.

Territory Alignment and Field Operations Support

  • Coordinate routine territory alignment activities, maintain accurate alignment documentation, and implement approved changes in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate operational activities associated with field onboarding, role changes, vacancies, and employee departures.
  • Support operational readiness activities for new product launches, as needed.
  • Provide additional analytical and operational support as requested by Commercial Operations leadership.
  • Stay current and in compliance both individually and as a department to align with industry best practices. This includes all Corporate Policies as well as mandated government Regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines related to pharmaceutical operations, including FDA, EMA, and other global health authority regulations.
  • Stay current with and adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.

Education & Professional Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 1-3 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics preferred
  • Experience with Veeva CRM/Veeva Network preferred.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools
