Job summary

PTC Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager, Field Operations & Analytics to drive field force effectiveness and data-driven decision making. You will lead incentive compensation, field deployment, territory alignment, and CRM optimization with cross-functional partners to support commercial objectives.

This hybrid role based in Warren, NJ requires strong analytical skills and experience with Veeva CRM, PowerBI/Tableau, translating business needs into scalable operational solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related business or scientific discipline.
• Minimum 6+ years in commercial operations, analytics or related roles in pharma/biotech.
• 3-5+ years in field operations functional areas including Field force effectiveness, deployment, targeting, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead incentive compensation planning, analytics, payout administration, and awards.
• Manage field deployment, territory alignment and staffing to meet commercial goals.
• Oversee Sales team CRM enhancements and project priorities with IT and business partners.
• Collaborate with IT to develop CRM test scripts and coordinate UATs with field users.
• Identify and implement CRM, data, and reporting process improvements.
• Improve data quality in CRM including physician and COE data; manage data stewardship tasks.
• Oversee roster, onboarding/offboarding for field teams.
• Lead quarterly alignment changes and communicate inputs to cross-functional partners.
• Govern and improve cross-functional change requests across BI/IT.
• Develop geographical sales analysis including trend, rankings, segmentation.
• Prioritize projects to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure data mapping and reporting standards are documented.
