Job summary

PTC Therapeutics is seeking a Sr Manager of Field Operations & Analytics to optimize field force effectiveness and deployment while delivering data-driven insights. You will lead incentive compensation, CRM enhancements, and cross-functional initiatives to support commercial strategies.

Responsibilities include coordinating with IT and field users on CRM changes, ensuring data quality, and guiding operational priorities with BI and Patient Services teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or science, with 6+ years in commercial operations or analytics.
• 3-5+ years in field operations: field force effectiveness, deployment, targeting, and incentives.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience creating visualizations with PowerBI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
• Strong analytical methodologies and statistics background.
• Experience with Veeva CRM.

Responsibilities

• Lead key incentive compensation planning and administration activities.
• Strategically manage field deployment, size, structure, and territory alignments.
• Lead and oversee Sales team CRM enhancements and projects.
• Analyze configuration changes with Veeva CRM System Administrator and coordinate UATs.
• Proactively identify and implement CRM and data reporting improvements.
• Improve data quality within CRM and establish data mapping and stewardship.
• Manage rosters and onboarding/offboarding for field-facing teams.
• Lead quarterly alignment changes and communicate inputs to cross-functional partners.
• Oversee change request processes across BI/IT departments.
• Provide guidance to Commercial, Patient Services, BI, IT, and other stakeholders.
