You will work across Veeva CRM/Veeva Network, manage customer master data, and partner with field teams to drive analytics and operational readiness for launches and ongoing programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in commercial operations, sales enablement, or commercial analytics preferred.
• Experience with Veeva CRM/Veeva Network preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to partner with field teams on operations and analytics needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Time and priority management skills.

Responsibilities

• Incentive compensation and performance reporting for field teams.
• CRM and commercial data operations for Veeva CRM/Veeva Network.
• Maintain customer master data and affiliations, hierarchies, and classifications.
• Coordinate territory alignment activities and field onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with FDA/EMA and corporate policies and regulations.
