Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field operations, construction, or project management.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication across departments and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews to meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
• Develop daily and weekly work schedules, ensuring optimal use of labor and materials.
• Conduct on-site inspections for progress and safety.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize delays.
• Coordinate field operations with project management, logistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor field staff on policies and safety.
• Report on project progress, challenges, and solutions to leadership.
• Maintain field reports and documentation using company-approved systems.
