Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour certification within 6 months of hire; First Aid and CPR required; OSHA 510/500 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops a team of field personnel to high performance.
• Oversees all on-site construction activities meeting specs and safety standards.
• Coordinates with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manages field-related costs, change impacts, and project momentum.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulations.
• Reviews daily field docs, progress reports, and planning records for accuracy.
