Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from leadership.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA standards; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, and work scope with owners/customers; refers disputes to supervisor.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains good customer relations through effective completion of assignments.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports on crew performance and costs.
• Furnishes reports to foreperson and utility representatives; tracks units and crew time.
