Qualifications

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adapt to field requirements and work independently.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew based on orders from supervision.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Promotes a culture of safety and ensures compliance with OSHA specifications.
• Communicates with property owners/customers to obtain access and address issues.
• Maintains accurate records, timesheets, and reports of crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and efficient use of personnel and equipment.
