Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and enforce safety standards on projects. You will work closely with management to plan hiring needs, schedules, and safety protocols while mentoring crew members and subcontractors.

The role emphasizes field leadership, training, and efficient crew management to ensure timely, high-quality work while maintaining strong customer relations and compliance with company policies.

Formación

• Understanding drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Organization and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.
• Physical ability to perform required duties including overhead work and lifting.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work per orders from higher supervision.
• Provide field training and retraining on new or revised tasks.
• Enforce safety practices per OSHA and company policy; conduct safety training.
• Coordinate with property owners on access, interruptions, and responsibilities.
• Obtain permissions to perform work from property owners.
• Maintain customer relations and professional conduct on site.
