Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead to oversee the commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS and BMS within mission-critical facilities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure installations meet project specs and reliability targets. Travel up to 30% and a focus on training, safety, and continuous improvement in system performance and energy efficiency are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• SCADA/BMS/EPMS certifications preferred.
• 5+ years commissioning SCADA/BMS with project management experience.
• 2+ years of team leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs for SCADA, EPMS and BMS.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with project stakeholders.
• Allocate resources to meet project requirements and timelines.
• Recruit and develop top talent for the Field Operations team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Oversee safety training and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate to ensure commissioning meets quality standards.
• Ensure seamless integration with other building systems.
• Document commissioning activities and system configurations.
• Drive improvements in performance, reliability and energy efficiency.
