Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead to oversee commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS and BMS systems across mission-critical facilities.

The role will manage a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive improvements in performance and reliability. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience), 5+ years in SCADA/BMS commissioning, and 2+ years in team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in SCADA, EPMS, or BMS are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years commissioning SCADA and BMS with project management experience.
• 2+ years of team lead or management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA, EPMS and BMS technologies.
• Familiarity with IT and network systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS.
• Foster collaborative team environment and professional development for engineers and staff.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project requirements.
• Recruit top talent to expand the Field Operations team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead safety training programs for team members.
• Collaborate with project managers to oversee commissioning of SCADA/EPMS/BMS.
• Oversee integration of systems with other building systems for seamless operation.
• Develop testing and validation plans to ensure performance criteria are met.
• Coordinate with project managers and client reps for smooth transitions from construction to commissioning.
• Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities and configurations.
• Implement quality control to ensure installations meet specs.
