Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Certifications in SCADA, EPMS, or BMS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of commissioning SCADA and BMS with project management experience.
• 2+ years of team lead or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for SCADA, EPMS, and BMS.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources to meet project requirements and support the team.
• Recruit top talent to expand the Field Operations team.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Oversee safety training and ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to drive commissioning across SCADA, EPMS, and BMS systems.
