Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead to oversee the commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS in mission-critical facilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive ongoing system improvement and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), 5+ years in SCADA/BMS commissioning, and 2+ years of team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in SCADA, EPMS, or BMS are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commissioning SCADA and BMS systems with project management background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in SCADA, EPMS, BMS.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support professional growth for engineers.
• Allocate and manage resources to meet project requirements.
• Identify and recruit top talent to expand the Field Operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead safety training programs to ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee commissioning processes for SCADA, EPMS, and BMS systems within projects.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems with other building systems.
