You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive performance, reliability and energy efficiency across projects. Requires a Bachelor's in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in SCADA/BMS commissioning, 2+ years of team leadership, up to 30% travel, with a 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in commissioning SCADA and BMS systems.
• 2+ years in team lead or management roles.
• Certifications in SCADA / EPMS / BMS preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for SCADA, EPMS, and BMS.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Allocate resources to meet project requirements.
• Recruit top talent to expand the Field Operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Oversee safety training and maintain a safe work environment.
• Collaborate to manage commissioning processes on time and budget.
• Ensure seamless integration with other building systems.
