Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking an experienced Field Operations Team Lead in Indiana to oversee the commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS in mission-critical facilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in commissioning SCADA/BMS, and 2+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• SCADA/EPMS/BMS certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in commissioning SCADA and BMS systems with project management experience.
• 2+ years of team lead or managerial experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies.
• Familiarity with IT and network systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies.
• Foster a collaborative environment and develop engineers and personnel.
• Allocate resources to meet project requirements and support team members.
• Identify and recruit top talent to expand the Field Operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Lead safety training programs and ensure a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with project managers to lead commissioning for SCADA/EPMS/BMS systems.
• Oversee system integration and testing to ensure interoperability.
• Coordinate transitions from construction to commissioning with clients and teams.
• Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities and test results.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure specifications are met.
• Drive initiatives to improve performance and energy efficiency.
