Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead to oversee the commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS within mission-critical facilities. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability.

The role requires 5+ years in SCADA/BMS commissioning, a technical degree in engineering, and strong leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant certifications in SCADA, EPMS, or BMS preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning SCADA and BMS systems with project management and system integration.
• 2+ years of team lead or management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies.
• Familiarity with IT and network systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in SCADA, EPMS, BMS technologies.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging professional growth for engineers and personnel.
• Allocate and manage resources to ensure project requirements are met and team members are supported.
• Identify and recruit top talent to expand the Field Operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Lead safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with project managers to lead commissioning for SCADA, EPMS, and BMS systems.
• Oversee integration of SCADA, EPMS and BMS with other building systems for interoperability.
• Develop testing and validation plans to ensure performance criteria and requirements are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, construction teams, and client reps for smooth transitions from construction to commissioning.
• Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities, test results, and system configurations.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure systems are installed and operating per specifications.
• Drive initiatives to enhance performance, reliability, and energy efficiency through optimization.
• Suggest new technologies or platforms to improve team efficiency.
• Perform other related duties as required.
