Job summary

Faith Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead to oversee the commissioning, integration, and optimization of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS within mission-critical facilities.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in system performance and reliability. The role requires 5+ years in commissioning SCADA/BMS and 2+ years in leadership, with strong IT/network familiarity and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of commissioning SCADA and BMS systems with project management experience.
• 2+ years in team lead or management roles preferred.
• Proficiency in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies.
• Familiarity with IT and network systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills in SCADA, EPMS, and BMS technologies.
• Foster a collaborative, developmental team environment and allocate resources to meet project requirements.
• Identify and recruit top talent to grow the Field Operations team.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead safety training programs to ensure a safe work environment for all team members.
• Collaborate with project managers to guide commissioning of SCADA, EPMS, and BMS systems.
