Job summary

You will troubleshoot on-site issues, train employees and contractors, and ensure quality work while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after receiving orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining, instructing crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Discusses access, power interruption, work scope, and responsibility with property owners; refers complex cases to General Foreperson.
• Obtains oral or written permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains good customer relations through completed work and professional conduct of crew.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and efficiency of work methods and equipment.
