Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, train staff, and enforce safety and OSHA standards on job sites. You will coordinate schedules, resolve field issues, and ensure timely completion of work for utility vegetation management projects.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, a valid CDL, and the ability to work in physically demanding environments.

Qualifications

• Requires CDL and ability to drive an approved company vehicle.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while in the field.
• Independent action without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders are received.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on job units.
• Enforces safety practices per company policy and OSHA standards.
• Obtains access from property owners and coordinates with customers.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and crew-related reports.
• Manages crew costs and use of equipment to optimize performance.
