Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate field tasks, and ensure safety and efficiency on job sites. You will train crew members, communicate with property owners, and report on work performed.

This role requires CDL, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to field conditions. The position offers full-time hours, competitive hourly pay, and a benefits package including retirement, health insurance, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to work in the field.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task in field conditions.
• Capable of adjusting to field requirements with minimal supervision.
• Must have valid CDL and be able to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assign daily crew work based on orders from supervisors.
• Conduct field training and retraining of crew on new work units.
• Enforce safety practices per company policies and OSHA standards.
• Communicate with property owners about access, power interruptions, and work scope.
• Maintain records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
