Channel Partners is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field-based retail merchandising across the Tampa market. You will supervise in-store teams, execute resets and installations, and ensure planogram compliance with client standards.

You will travel regularly across assigned stores, train associates, and report progress using company mobile apps, maintaining safety and quality at all times.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail merchandising or related field experience.
• Experience leading or directing field associates.

Responsabilidades

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities across the territory.
• Direct the in-store team on projects, instruct tasks and inspect work.
• Serve as in-market contact and build relationships with store managers and clients.
• Submit accurate project reports via mobile apps and verify data accuracy.
• Plan daily travel between stores to meet timelines.
• Enforce safety standards and appropriate use of tools and equipment.
• Escalate staffing gaps and issues to the District Manager promptly.
• Lead, train, and coach the in-store team on standards and safety.
