Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead field merchandising across the Tampa market. This full-time, field-based role requires hands-on merchandising, resets, installations, and in-store leadership across multiple stores with travel to neighboring markets as needed.

You will train associates, model standards, supervise in-store work, and inspect outcomes for quality, safety, and client satisfaction. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail merchandising, fixture installation, electronic displays, resets, or comparable field experience.
• Experience leading, training, or directing the work of field associates; formal or informal lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate project instructions, sequence tasks on site, and inspect completed work against standards
• Serve as the in-market point of contact; build and maintain relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company apps and verify accuracy
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet project timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site and correct unsafe conditions
• Escalate coverage gaps and staffing needs to the District Manager promptly
• Lead the in-store team to complete projects on time and with quality
• Train, coach, and model standards for merchandising, installation, safety, and retailer requirements
• Provide input on associate performance and participate in onboarding
