Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is seeking an Area Execution Manager to lead in-market merchandising, resets, and installations across a defined territory. You will train associates, ensure planogram accuracy, and report progress using mobile apps, all while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires regular travel, strong collaboration with store management and clients, and a commitment to high-quality, on-time project delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and execute planograms and project instructions.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Proficiency with a smartphone/tablet for reporting and photo capture.
• Certified or willing to become forklift licensed within 30 days of hire.
• Willingness to travel within assigned market and neighboring markets.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee in-store merchandising activities in the assigned territory — resets, new-item cut-ins, planogram compliance, displays, fixture assembly and installation, signage, and inventory
• Direct the in-store team on assigned projects: communicate instructions, sequence tasks, inspect work against standards
• Serve as in-market contact; build relationships with store management and client representatives
• Complete accurate, on-time project reporting (visit completion, photos, data) through company apps; verify accuracy of reports
• Plan efficient daily travel between stores to meet timelines
• Enforce safety standards on site; ensure proper use of tools and safety guidelines
• Escalate coverage gaps, staffing needs, and client or store issues promptly
• Lead the in-store team to complete team-based projects on time and to quality standards
• Train, coach, and demonstrate standards for merchandising, installation, break-fix, safety, dress code, and retailer requirements
• Provide input on associate performance and conduct; participate in interviews and onboarding as requested
