Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license, subject to DMV verification
• Minimum of 5 years in telecom field operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Solid understanding of telecom networks including fiber optics, copper, wireless systems
• Proficient in Salesforce for field operations and data management
• English communication skills required; Spanish desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of field technicians
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and set clear goals
• Coordinate field service activities and schedules with Dispatch
• Monitor daily progress and resolve field issues
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and stay updated on industry advances
• Collaborate with Customer Support to address inquiries and escalations
• Generate reports on field performance and identify improvement areas
• Oversee equipment operations and site safety, including bucket trucks and ladders
