Brightspeed is seeking an experienced Supervisor, Field Operations to lead technicians across service areas and maintain a strong, customer-focused team. The role includes rotation schedules, pager duty, and potential mandatory overtime and holidays.

Responsibilities include overseeing field operations, contractor coordination, and staff development to meet quality and performance targets. The position supports a hybrid/remote-friendly workplace in a dynamic telecom environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing telecom field teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Proven skills in training, coaching and mentoring in a union environment.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience with installation and maintenance of residential and business services.
• Knowledge of local network processes and contractor relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of field technicians and contractors.
• Coordinate installation and maintenance of residential/business services.
• Serve as the single point of contact with contractors to resolve issues.
• Develop and coach employees on new processes and quality standards.
• Lead a team to meet attendance and performance targets.
• Represent Brightspeed with customers and agencies.
