Job summary

Race Communications in Yuba City, CA is seeking a Field Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day activities of field technicians responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom systems. Travel to other offices and after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship
• Minimum of 18 years of age
• A valid driver's license, subject to DMV verification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications field operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Solid understanding of telecom networks, equipment, and technologies (fiber, copper, wireless)
• Proficiency in Salesforce with CRM experience
• Strong English communication; Spanish desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of field technicians with coaching and feedback
• Coordinate field service activities, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Monitor daily progress and resolve operational challenges
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry regulations
• Provide technical guidance for installations, repairs, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Customer Support to address inquiries and escalations
• Generate reports on performance metrics and service levels
