Job summary

Exodigo, the leading underground mapping company, is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple field leads and crews on large-scale projects across tens of acres. You will drive safe, efficient field operations, manage schedules, budgets, and resources, and ensure adherence to Exodigo’s safety and quality standards.

This role requires 5+ years in field operations with at least 2 years in supervision, OSHA 30 certification, and frequent regional travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop and oversee daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity and meet milestones.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure OSHA and site-specific safety compliance.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor allocation, equipment, and material resources.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to keep schedules on track.
• Track progress and report KPIs including schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
