Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations, construction, utilities, infrastructure, surveying, or related industries.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role.
• Experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects and managing budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across concurrent project sites.
• Develop daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity and meet milestones.
• Champion safety by enforcing policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials to optimize performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trades to maintain schedules.
