Job summary

Exodigo is seeking a Field Lead Supervisor to oversee multiple Field Leads and field teams across large-scale project sites spanning tens of acres. You will drive safe, efficient field operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget, aligned with Exodigo's standards.

You will coordinate crews, plan daily and weekly work, manage budgets and resources, oversee subcontractors, and maintain safety, quality, and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in field operations or related industries.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-site leadership role.
• Experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects.
• OSHA 30 certification required or ability to obtain it.
• Willingness to travel weekly and nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads across concurrent project sites.
• Develop daily and weekly work plans to maximize productivity.
• Champion a strong safety culture and OSHA compliance.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to maintain schedules.
• Monitor progress and report on KPIs including schedule and budget.
