You will drive safe, efficient field operations and ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, while upholding Exodigo's standards.

This role requires 5+ years in field operations with at least 2 years in supervision, OSHA 30 certification, and a willingness to travel regionally and nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in field operations with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Experience leading multiple field teams across concurrent projects.
• Manage schedules, field operations, subcontractors, and budgets to meet deadlines.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to travel weekly and nationwide as needed.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to diverse sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple Field Leads and field teams across sites.
• Develop daily/weekly work plans to maximize productivity and milestones.
• Promote safety culture; ensure OSHA and site safety compliance.
• Manage on-site budgets, labor, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners to keep schedules.
• Ensure operations align with Exodigo methodologies and platforms.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Report updates to Regional Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Track KPIs: schedule, budget, quality, safety, and efficiency.
