Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Zero to five years of professional experience; new grads encouraged.
• 1–3 years in operations, construction, or logistics preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership in athletics, coaching, or student groups.
• Willingness to travel across the Houston market.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field performance across safety, quality, cost, schedule, and customer experience.
• Manage crew productivity and labor utilization.
• Plan Houston field scheduling and job-site sequencing.
• Develop standard operating procedures for scalable growth.
• Report performance with dashboards and corrective actions.
• Coach Houston field personnel and identify future leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement across labor, materials, and workflows.
• Lead daily installation and construction activities.
• Visit job sites and conduct field inspections.
