Job summary

The Field Coordinator at Ryan Companies US, Inc. oversees project teams and collaborates with the VP of Field Operations, field teams, and project teams to keep work on schedule and on budget.

You will hire and train staff, participate in client presentations, manage estimates and schedules, monitor subcontractors, and drive field operations to maximize profitability with proper cost control and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership with accountability for team performance.
• Experience hiring staff and conducting performance evaluations.
• Proficient in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Ability to train teams on processes and software tools used in field ops.
• Comfort presenting to prospective clients and managing project cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members understand expectations and provide regular feedback.
• Assist VP of Field Operations in hiring and evaluation processes.
• Train team in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques.
• Participate in client presentations and ongoing client contact programs.
• Review estimates for completeness and competitiveness.
• Ensure proper use of Ryan Tools across projects and maintain documentation.
• Aim for maximum project profitability while controlling costs.
• Monitor subcontractors and approve payments and progress.
