Job summary

ONEOK, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks an experienced Operations Engineering Supervisor to oversee pipeline and facility assets. You will lead engineering support, drive project execution, manage risk and integrity initiatives, and respond to emergent operational issues across Refined Products and Crude Oil segments.

You will partner with Asset Integrity, Environmental, EHS&S Compliance, Corrosion, and other groups to enhance safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance. 25% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant engineering experience preferred.
• Experience supporting pipeline systems, hydrocarbon processing, or related facilities preferred.
• Previous leadership or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop employees with clear performance expectations.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day support for pipeline and facility engineering.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives to advance reliability and project execution.
• Oversee engineering response for operational issues and emergencies.
• Manage project life cycle for capital and expense work, including planning and funding.
• Travel to facilities and project sites up to 25% as needed.
