Responsibilities

• Oversee elevator modernization projects and field technicians to meet safety, schedule, quality, and cost standards.
• Coordinate scheduling, material procurement, and field logistics to ensure timely project completion.
• Track progress and labor allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, project management, and service teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage project documentation including invoicing, change orders, and financial forecasting.
• Maintain relationships with union representatives and support staffing decisions.
