Job summary

GreenDrop is seeking an Associate Manager to lead field teams, coach staff, and ensure top-tier donor service across multiple sites. You will drive compliance with company policies, coordinate field operations, and support the Area Manager with talent processes.

The role emphasizes integrity, teamwork, and delivering a positive donor experience while maintaining safety standards and efficient processes. A high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory customer service role leading 10+ team members.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable transportation and commitment to attendance.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach team members on policies and procedures.
• Oversee 20–30 sites with regular field presence.
• Support Area Manager with hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Manage supplies, assets and maintenance requests at each site.
• Foster excellent donor interactions and safe, organized work environments.
