Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 9 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of construction/field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of relevant experience. Degree fields: Construction Management, Engineering, or related.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Prepare and review Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports; maintain project records.
• Maintain on-site records/files per company standards and uphold Quality Policy.
