Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant construction/field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three years of relevant experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformity with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule; escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
