Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to oversee daily crew operations, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety compliance on job sites. You will work with management to plan staffing, training, and access permissions.

You will guide field crews, enforce OSHA safety standards, manage records, and interact with property owners to resolve issues. A CDL and strong leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills are required.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task in field conditions.
• Able to adapt to field requirements and work independently without close supervision.
• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policy; conducts safety training.
• Obtains access permissions from property owners to perform work.
• Promotes good customer relations through effective work completion.
• Maintains crew cost controls and reports on crew performance.
