Job summary

Gothic Landscape, Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Specialist who understands how technology supports field operations.

You’ll translate operational challenges into system solutions, influence ERP/CRM and field service platforms, and drive real improvements in a fast-moving construction-related environment. You will work directly with field teams and cross-functional partners to document requirements, design workflows, and support testing and deployment, focusing on practical field-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years as an IT Business Analyst.
• Experience supporting construction, field service, landscaping, utilities, manufacturing, or similar operational industries.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Vista, Sage, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, etc.).
• Experience gathering and documenting functional and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Construction Operations & Technology.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, system workflows, and technical specifications that support scalable business solutions.
• Act as the primary liaison between field stakeholders and technical teams.
• Lead or coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defining acceptance criteria and test plans.
• Lead change management and user adoption efforts.
• Develop training materials and support end users in operational environments.
• Leverage data and reporting to support informed decision-making.
• Support integrations between ERP/CRM/Field Service platforms.
