Ruppert Landscape Co is offering a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, running May–August 2027. The program blends field and office exposure, with hands-on training alongside crews and mentorship from experienced staff.

You’ll observe and participate in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership. Open to students pursuing degrees in horticulture, agronomy, or related fields, with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, or related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with support across operations.
• Comfortable working in office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in hands-on field training across field operations and branch activities.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.
• Engage in mentorship and professional development activities during the internship.
