Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards, practices, and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with aptitude for learning construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration and ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist with drawing interpretation, submittals, and project documentation.
• Help with daily/weekly activities, daily reports, safety walks, quantity reports, and updating schedules.
• Understand the overall project schedule, including critical path analysis.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through meetings, site inspections, and material verifications.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to support timelines and safety.
• Maintain daily logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for communication.
• Monitor onsite material deliveries and inventory.
• Join project team meetings to share updates and challenges.
• Observe site conditions that could impact schedule, cost, or safety.
• Use CM software/tools to track and update project information.
