Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Intern in New York to support field teams with safety program administration, schedule tracking, and project documentation.

This in-person internship provides hands-on experience in field coordination and quality control within a dynamic construction environment. You will assist superintendents and project managers, learn CPM concepts, and gain exposure to daily reporting, submittal processes, and coordination of field activities

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook; willingness to learn CM software.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration and ensure a compliant work environment.
• Assist with interpreting drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Help with daily/weekly activities, including reporting.
• Assist with schedule analysis and understanding critical path.
• Contribute to short-term planning to meet milestones.
• Participate in QA through site inspections and material verification.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities to meet timelines and safety.
• Maintain logs, RFIs, and submittal tracking for communication.
• Monitor on-site material deliveries and inventory.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate updates.
• Observe site conditions affecting schedule, cost, or safety.
• Utilize construction management software to track and update project info.
