Consigli Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Field Operations Intern to support superintendents and project managers with safety program administration, quantity tracking, schedule analysis, and site documentation.

This hands-on role provides exposure to field coordination and construction quality in a dynamic environment. You will assist with daily reports, safety walks, updating schedules, reading drawings, and using construction management software.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction site safety standards and protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Support safety program administration to maintain a safe, compliant work environment.
• Assist with interpreting drawings, submittals, and project documentation.
• Help daily and weekly activities: prepare daily reports, conduct safety walks, compile quantity reports, update schedules.
• Develop understanding of the overall project schedule and critical path elements.
• Participate in QA: attend meetings, perform site inspections, verify materials to spec.
