Job summary

AvantStay is seeking an Assistant Area Manager to support the Area Manager in daily operations across designated markets. You will audit properties, manage supplies, and address guest concerns to ensure a superior experience.

You will travel frequently within-market, reside close to properties, and help lead in-market teams, coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor relations to uphold AvantStay standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Vacation rental industry experience preferred.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Area Manager in daily operations across designated properties.
• Audit properties, manage supplies, and respond to guest/owner concerns.
• Travel frequently in-market and assist in leading in-market team(s).
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor relations.
• Ensure properties meet AvantStay standards and resolve issues promptly.
